  • 16:00 Arrival at hotels in Ypres.
    We offer free of charge coach and ferry travel for tour operators travelling from the UK. Download our pick up point map and time tables.
  • 17:00 Visit to the new Yper Museum & In Flanders Fields Museum at the Cloth Hall.
    Entrance via Yper Museum.
  • 18:30 Reception at the Cloth Hall
    Welcome by Mayor Emmily Talpe
    Short introduction of project ‘Reconstruction of Flanders Fields’ by WWI coordinator of Westtoer Stephen Lodewyck
  • 19:30 Walk from Cloth Hall to the Menin Gate Memorial
  • 20:00 Last Post ceremony
  • 20:30 Evening meal at participating hotels & restaurants

  • 11:30 Visit to the Sint-Bernardus Brewery followed by lunch at the rooftop Bar Bernard
  • 15:00 Return home
